I originally designed this Concho belt for one of my sons, who wanted a showy piece with a fluid design that exactly fit between the loops of his Wrangler jeans! Because of the time involved customizing the fit for various waist sizes, the cost of the conchos and lacing, it is also one of my most expensive designs. |

Regular belts come in tapered, trophy, or Ranger-style. Choosing the belt style depends on what style of buckle you will be using. REMEMBER--these belts do not include a buckle. Be sure to follow directions below for proper measurement. These belts can be made in widths of 1 1/4 inch, 1 1/2 inch, 1 3/4 inch, and 2 inches. With 1 1/2 and 1 3/4 inch being the most common. Measure the buckle that you will use on the belt to determine the size you need. You will find more about how to do this at the bottom of this page!

Below you will find a drawing that explains how to measure yourself for a belt. I hope that it is not too confusing! The main things to measure on any style of belt is the actual waist size and the buckle size. The width of the hoop will determine the width of the belt. The distance from the hook to the hoop of the buckle must be known for the belt to fit correctly.
